RULES
ENDURO RULES
- No trucks, vans, sports cars, convertibles, or four-wheel drives.
- All cars must have 4 pt roll cage in drivers compartment only.
- No added braces on outside of car. Bumpers must be welded or bolted securely.
- Door must be welded, bolted, or riveted shut. NO CHAINS
- Seat belt, shoulder harness, and DOT approved helmet are required. Racing seat belts
are recommended but not required. No half-shell helmets.
- Wheels may be reinforced. 1” lug nuts are recommended.
- Stock tires only not exceeding 8” wide. No mud grip tires.
- Lock rear ends are permitted.
- Gas tanks must be relocated to trunk area. They must be securely fastened.
Fuel cells are permitted. Gas fill nozzles cannot exit rear of vehicle.
- ALL GLASS must be removed before arriving at the track. Windshields must be replaced
with 1/4 - 1/2 in screen. Drivers’ windows must have a screen or netting securely fastened.
- Batteries may be relocated into passenger compartment if safely and securely
mounted and covered.
- All lights, plastic, chrome, and flammable material must be removed.
- Engine must remain stock. Must have original equipment with stock carburetor.
No after market aluminum or cast iron heads or intakes. The #1 plug must be in
Front of ball joint. No mufflers. Headers are permitted.
- Must cut minimum 6 inch hole in hood.
- No mirrors of any kind.
- Working fire extinguishers in drivers compartment within reach of driver.
- No radio communications in car of any kind.
- Each car must provide their own lap counter. Lap counters must be at the scorer’s
table at least 10 minutes before the start of the race.
- NO DRUGS OR ACHOHOL ON TRACK PROPERTY.
- All cars must have a minimum of 18-inch high number one each side of car
and on top. The number on top must be readable from passenger side of car.
- Pump gas only, no racing fuel.
- Track officials’ decisions will be final. We cannot make the rules to fit everyone’s
needs and desires, so if you run, please be willing to go by the rules.
- This rule section applies to each and every driver, mechanic, and pit personnel.
You are expected to know the rules; ignorance of the rule will not be accepted
as an excuse.
- A disagreement over technical questions or operations will be resolved by racing
officials and management without recourse from the drivers or car owners with no
expressed or implied warranty of safety shall result from publications with these
rules and / or regulations.
- Enduro Classes ar subject to wet track conditions!!!!
- If the car count is more than race officials deem track will allow. Field may be divided
into two features, with starting positions determined by heats.
- Lap sheets with any discrepancies can and may be disqualified.
- Driver must be at least 16 years old and have a valid drivers license, or other proof of
age. Drivers under 18 must have parents consent.
- Pull chains or hooks on the front and rear are mandatory. They should be visible and easily accessible. This is for your benefit as well as clearing of the track in a timely manner.
- Vehicles towing trailers only in pit area. Exceptions may be made if parking space
is available. No reserve parking spots.
- All cars must pay required entry fee for each class the car may race in.
- Aluminum hoods, tops, and trunks are permitted.
- Fire suits are not required for Enduro drivers, but are strongly recommended.
- No screen wire for window nettings. A ¼ to ½ inch mesh if wire netting is used.
- Motor must pull 18in vacuum @600-800 RPM.
- 4 pt harness required.
